Shipping & Handling

Our team is diligently working to expedite the shipment of all orders. We utilize priority mail for shipping, typically arriving within 2-3 days, subject to the efficiency of the postal service in your area.

We understand that feeling of anticipation after clicking the "Complete Order" button and then wondering, "Where's my order?" We're just as excited as you are for you to receive your RedevelopHER essentials, which is why we work hard to dispatch your order promptly.

Please be aware that RedevelopHER cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers, particularly during high-volume holiday seasons such as Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.

Additionally, items purchased with estimated shipping dates or pre-orders may have varying shipping times according to the item description and our Pre-Order Policy.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
During the following public holiday dates, including Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day, our office, warehouse, and couriers will be unavailable. Orders placed on these days or after the cut-off time on the day before will be processed the following business day.

We kindly ask for your understanding during high volume seasons and recommend allowing a few extra days for delivery to avoid any disappointment.
We remain committed to ensuring your RedevelopHER order reaches you swiftly, though we appreciate your patience. Utilizing multiple shipping carriers, we strive for efficient delivery both domestically and internationally.

Upon verification and processing of your payment, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, you'll receive an email notification containing the shipping carrier and tracking number.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. If you've chosen Expedited Shipping at checkout, orders placed before 5 PM EST will ship the next day.


United States Delivery Transit Time

Express/expedited packages are shipped the next day if the order is placed before 5 PM Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after 5 PM will be shipped on the following business day.

If your order is missing, please follow these steps:
1. File a claim with USPS.
2. File a police report.
3. Await the results of the USPS investigation.
RedevelopHER is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
Once UPS, USPS, or DHL has marked your package as delivered, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Your completion of a purchase with us indicates your agreement to our comprehensive shipping and delivery policy.
Once a confirmation number is issued, customers assume all responsibility. Please ensure that you input the correct shipping information to avoid any issues. Please note that shipping addresses cannot be updated once tracking has been assigned.

If an item needs to be sent back, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs both ways. Please double-check all information provided to ensure smooth processing and delivery.
If such a situation arises, upon receipt of the package, we'll contact you to reconfirm the address to ensure prompt reshipment.

While we're more than happy to resend orders to customers, please note that customers will be responsible for covering the re-shipping charges of $15.


Orders returned as "unclaimed," "unable to forward," or "return to sender" incur a $15 re-shipping fee. You'll receive a PayPal invoice for the re-shipping cost. Once paid, we'll proceed with reshipping your item.

Please be aware that all estimated shipping times begin after the order has been shipped. If your item is undeliverable for any reason and is returned to the store, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the items (minus the shipping fee). Please ensure your address is accurate.

Should you request your order to be reshipped, a $15.00 shipping and handling fee will apply.
