MY ORDER ISN'T PROCESSING, BUT I KNOW I HAVE FUNDS AVAILABLE ON MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.

It's possible there's a discrepancy between the billing and shipping addresses provided. We can only ship to the billing address registered with your bank. Alternatively, you can pay through PayPal if you're shipping to a confirmed address.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders typically process and ship within 3-5 business days, unless you've chosen Express or Quick shop options at checkout. In that case, your order will ship the next day if placed before 5 PM EST.

WHY WAS I CHARGE TWICE?

If you notice duplicate pending transactions on your account, don't worry, you haven't been charged twice. This is likely a double authorization, which can occur if you click "confirm" multiple times during checkout. Your bank will remove one of the authorizations within 24-72 hours, ensuring you're only charged once.

HOW DO I USE A STORE CREDIT AND A COUPON CODE?

Simply input your coupon code in the discount code section during checkout. You'll also find a space for notes and comments—include your discount code there as well. When your order ships, your discount will be adjusted accordingly, either to your store credit or form of payment.
