RedevelopHER® was born from Nia’s own transformation. It was the year 2019—3 a.m.—when she awoke to a sacred whisper: a divine reminder that He is the Potter, and she is the clay. Her temple, her life, and her future would be redeveloped—not by her own strength, but by His Spirit. And in time, she would not only rebuild—but help other women rebuild.

But it wasn’t until later, in a shelter, at her lowest point, that the full vision unfolded.

Surrounded by women also broken by abuse, homelessness, and hardship, God revealed the how: what began as survival turned into assignment. Nia realized her pain wasn’t just for her—it was a blueprint for building healing environments for others. God wasn’t just restoring her; He was equipping her to restore others.

From that moment, the vision for RedevelopHER® was born—not as a program, but as a purpose. A call to rebuild women from the inside out, brick by brick, with truth, dignity, and divine direction. Today, through Christ-centered relationship and restoration coaching, business mentorship, and consulting, she helps women turn shaky foundations into blueprints for complete transformation, brick by brick, into becoming the women God always intended them to be.

From motherhood and leadership roles to e-commerce, business consulting, real estate ventures, and running a non-medical home care agency, I’ve learned firsthand the challenges and rewards of building from the ground up—whether that’s a business, a home, or a life.

These experiences shaped my approach to RedevelopHER®, a faith-based, trauma-informed platform guiding women through step-by-step redevelopment. Real estate taught me the value of financial independence. Running a home care agency showed me the power of compassionate leadership. Each challenge reinforced that lasting change requires a strong foundation and a clear blueprint.

From Demolition to Redevelopment

Women affected by trauma often carry more than emotional scars. They may also face spiritual disconnection, mental health challenges, financial instability, or housing insecurity. Rebuilding can feel impossible when everything feels torn down.

Rebuilding your life is challenging. The demands of being a woman, partner, mother, friend, and businesswoman can be draining—especially during and after a toxic relationship. Navigating the emotional scars and mental toll while managing everyday responsibilities can feel overwhelming. Yet even in the hardest moments, strength and resilience can emerge.

My mission is to guide women in breaking free from trauma bonds, overcoming false beliefs, and rebuilding their lives through coaching, mentorship, and entrepreneurial empowerment.

With a background in psychology, biblical studies, and entrepreneurship, I take an integrated approach—combining trauma-informed, evidence-based principles with biblical truth and Spirit-led guidance. I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to help women heal from relational trauma, restore their identity, and step into their God-given purpose.

I also equip women with practical tools to launch and grow purpose-driven businesses, creating lasting personal transformation and sustainable financial independence. By combining trauma-informed coaching with business mentoring, I help clients set boundaries, make empowered decisions, and build thriving businesses while healing from past trauma.

When possible, RedevelopHER also connects women to safe housing, supportive communities, and trusted local or national resources to support their healing journey.
