Hi! I’m Nia.
The Founder of RedevelopHER ®
I know what it feels like to no longer recognize yourself—to feel far from home within your own life and even around your family. To give everything you have to others, only to end up burned out, empty, and questioning if any of it matters. To wonder if God is near, to struggle financially, to face instability in housing, and to quietly ask if your life has purpose or if you’re simply surviving in vain.
I endured some of the darkest seasons of my life while trapped in a relationship with a covert narcissist and domestic abuser who hid behind perverted scripture. I survived domestic violence, emotional manipulation, dissociation, and homelessness. But through God’s guidance, Scripture, prayer, therapy, and trauma bond recovery coaching, these trials became the foundation for the life I now lead.
Today, I am a biblically grounded, Certified Trauma-Informed Relationship & Restoration Coach, a six-figure business owner, and the founder of RedevelopHER®. This work is the “playbook” I built from my own journey—the same process I now use to help women restore their identity, rebuild their lives, and thrive spiritually, emotionally, and practically.
