RedevelopHER® wasn't created as a business idea.
It was born through surrender.
What began as one woman's personal redevelopment would eventually become a Christ-centered movement helping women examine what survival taught them, restore their identity, restructure ownership of their lives, and redefine the legacy they are building.
One brick at a time.
The Origin Moment
RedevelopHER® began in December 2019 during a deeply personal season of surrender.
At approximately 3 a.m. one night, its founder heard one word:
RedevelopHER.
There was no business plan.
No program.
No movement.
Only the beginning of an understanding that what felt like demolition was becoming redevelopment in the hands of God.
The full assignment wasn't clear yet.
But one thing was:
Her life could no longer be built from her own blueprint.
The Revelation
The meaning of RedevelopHER became clearer through the seasons that followed.
During a period marked by loss, instability, emotional stripping, and the dismantling of identity, the name began to take on a deeper meaning.
Redevelopment wasn't simply about recovering from what happened.
It required confronting what survival had shaped.
The patterns.
The beliefs.
The self-abandonment.
The lack of boundaries.
The misplaced responsibility.
The ways a woman can become so accustomed to carrying, fixing, rescuing, pleasing, and surviving that she no longer recognizes how much of herself she has abandoned along the way.
The revelation became bigger than one woman's story:
What if women didn't have to lose themselves in order to survive?
And what if rebuilding wasn't simply about returning to who they used to be—but allowing God to rebuild their lives according to His design?
That question became part of the foundation of RedevelopHER®.
The personal redevelopment was becoming an assignment.
Why RedevelopHER Exists
Too many women have learned to survive by abandoning themselves.
They silence their voices to keep the peace.
They overextend themselves to prove their worth.
They carry responsibilities that were never theirs.
They lose themselves while caring for everyone else.
They mistake people-pleasing for love.
They confuse sacrifice with self-neglect.
And sometimes, they become so accustomed to surviving that survival begins to feel normal.
RedevelopHER exists to interrupt that pattern.
We believe women were never created to abandon themselves in order to survive the expectations, dysfunction, needs, or choices of others.
We help women examine what their lives have been built on, restore their God-given identity, establish healthy boundaries, steward what God has entrusted to them, and intentionally rebuild according to His design.
Not all at once.

RedevelopHER invites women into a practical, Christ-centered process of rebuilding.
A process where we don't simply ask:
"What happened to me?"
We also begin asking:
"What did survival teach me?"
"What have I been carrying that was never mine?"
"What needs to be restored?"
"What needs to be restructured?"
"What is God asking me to build differently?"
