RedevelopHER, is a 6-month Partners' Mentorship Program designed to empower women to take charge in the real estate game. We understand the challenges of navigating property development alone, which is why we provide the tools, support, and guidance to help you dive in with confidence.
In this program, you’ll form valuable partnerships with experienced mentors and fellow women entrepreneurs, sharing knowledge and resources to succeed together. Whether it’s securing funding, making smart investments, or learning from others' experiences, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
Our Real Estate DevelopHER Mentorship Program, powered by RedevelopHER, offers six months of hands-on experience with personalized support across various projects. As a participant, you’ll engage in collaborative group flipping, focusing on property location, renovation, and sale within a 3-6 month timeframe. While profit is a goal, teamwork and partnership are key to achieving success together.
To qualify, you need a credit score of 660+ and at least $40,000 in liquid assets. We’ll guide you through every step of the process—from securing funding and finding properties to managing contractors and finalizing sales—while you build valuable partnerships with mentors and fellow participants. If you're unsure about funding, we’ll assist you in setting up your business structure and securing financing.
