1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services and Products Provided

RedevelopHER, LLC offers the following services and products:

• One-on-one consultations, coaching, and mentorship in personal and business development.

• Assistance in establishing a firm foundation for clients' lives and businesses.

• Business formation services, such as LLC formation and business amendments.

• Professional email, phone, and domain setup to establish a professional presence.

• Local and state registration assistance to ensure compliance and proper setup.

• Policies & Procedures Development for businesses to operate smoothly and efficiently.

• iConnect Training & Documentation Support for Home Care Providers to meet regulatory standards.

• System Setup & Workflow Development for Real Estate Investors/Wholesalers, helping clients streamline operations.

• Creative Branding, Website Design, and Marketing Materials to elevate your brand’s presence.

• Digital Products such as e-books, courses, and other downloadable content.

• Physical Products related to business development, branding, and other services offered.

• Community Membership: Our membership is a private, ongoing community in which members gain access to a self-paced learning portal filled with pre-recorded courses, a supportive community chat group to connect and grow with other women on similar journeys, and a live monthly training session with Nia.

• 1:1 Mentoring + Mentorship: Whether you’re seeking occasional one-on-one mentoring sessions or a more in-depth, 12-week mid-term mentorship program, we provide personalized guidance and strategy to help you build a successful business and thrive.

• Consult-Her, powered by RedevelopHER: Our DBA, Consult-Her, is designed to be your partner in building the foundation of a successful business. We specialize in helping aspiring entrepreneurs, small businesses, real estate professionals, group homes, and home care agencies start strong and grow with confidence. This is more than just consulting — it's a done-for-you or guide-you-through-the-steps service designed to simplify the startup process and set you up for long-term success.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information during consultations, coaching/mentoring, and membership sessions.

• Being punctual and prepared for scheduled sessions.

• Understanding that the results of our services may vary based on individual circumstances.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by RedevelopHER, LLC are the intellectual property of RedevelopHER, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our materials without prior written consent. All sales are final, as Nia and our experts share their intellectual property.

5. Confidentiality

Client information will be kept confidential, especially during consultations and mentorship sessions. We will not disclose any personal information to third parties without your consent.

6. Expected Behavior

Clients are expected to engage respectfully during sessions and in the membership community. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

7. Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Payment Policy

• Payment is due in full prior to the commencement of services.

• We accept Credit, Debit, or PayPal payments.

• Please note, we do not accept insurance.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Failure to provide 24 hours' notice, or a no-show, will result in the forfeiture of the appointment fee, with no opportunity for rescheduling or credit.

• Late arrivals (more than ten minutes) will be considered an automatic cancellation.

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued for any RedevelopHER or Consult-Her products or services.

• If a client or mentee decides to cancel services, we will respect their wishes, but there will be no refund.

• Funds paid for services may be applied as credit towards other products and services, either at RedevelopHER or Consult-Her.

• Credits can be used towards future services and/or products offered by RedevelopHER or Consult-Her.

Clients and Mentees

• Clients and mentees who miss three scheduled sessions within a three-month period will have their professional relationship terminated.

• All no-shows must be confirmed for the next appointment.

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling will be permitted if the mentor must cancel the session.

Program Specifics

• Mentee Sessions - Booked by Mentee must be used within 30 days, with no rollovers.

• Consulting Sessions - Booked by Client must be used within 90 days, with no rollovers.

8. Limitation of Liability

RedevelopHER, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Additionally, RedevelopHER, LLC is released from liability for any inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or pandemics.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still be in effect.

10. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We will collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, both parties agree to engage in mediation before pursuing any legal action.

12. User-Generated Content

If applicable, clients may submit reviews, comments, or other content to RedevelopHER. By submitting such content, you grant RedevelopHER, LLC a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the content.

13. Changes to Terms

RedevelopHER, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, where RedevelopHER, LLC is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with applicable Florida laws.
